I'm a product designer, a planner, and a painter — finding structure in everything.

I'm Vishnu — a Lead Product Designer at ICD. I've spent the last five years designing enterprise and AI-powered products across complex workflows, agentic systems, search, automation, and decision-making tools. I turn complex workflows into intuitive experiences by combining research, systems thinking, and a deep understanding of how people work.

Across 100+ use cases with ICD, UnifyApps, Brane Enterprises, and Kocha, I help teams navigate complexity and make confident product decisions. I connect user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to create solutions that are practical, scalable, and built to last.

I studied Planning & Architecture at NIT Bhopal, where I learned to understand systems before trying to change them — cities, infrastructure, land, and people. That thinking still shapes how I design today. I don't see a product as a collection of screens; I try to understand the system behind it first. AI is now a big part of my work, from intelligent search and agentic systems to automation and decision-support tools. My focus is on making these systems useful, understandable, and trustworthy.

Outside of work, I sketch and paint — mostly live sketching and watercolour. I'm also a footballer. I love travelling and long bike rides. In everything I do, I'm usually trying to understand how things work, find the structure, and make them better.

How I design

Design like a building.

My process is research-first. A building needs solid ground; a product needs a real understanding of the work behind it. Before anything goes on a screen, I map the full system — the people, the dependencies, the goals, and where things break.

I own the design process end-to-end, from discovery and research to shipped experiences. I evaluate every problem holistically — across user needs, business goals, technical constraints, and long-term scalability — before defining a direction. My focus is on creating clarity before screens: defining product structure and shaping workflows that make products intuitive and scalable. I believe great experiences come from strong systems, so I invest in clear flows, reusable patterns, and documented components that keep products consistent from idea to implementation.
